Bell Services definition

Bell Services or “Services” (as they will be called in this Contract) include the installation and provision of Internet Services (“Bell Internet”), Home phone Services (“Bell Home phone”), Internet Protocol Television Services (“Fibe™ TV”), Satellite Television Services (“Direct-to-Home” or “DTH”), and Alternative Internet Protocol Television Services (“Bell Fibe Alt TV™”), Programming (see Section 37) and any additional features. Together Fibe TV, DTH, and Bell Fibe Alt TV are called “Bell TV”. The Bell Services include additional equipment owned by Bell (including equipment rented from Bell) (“Bell Equipment”) that you may need to receive the Bell Services, such as devices, receivers, remotes, SmartCards, modems, routers, Wi-Fi pods, accessories, hardware, networks, platforms, certain batteries and/or other products. Bell Equipment does not include batteries owned by you, including those purchased from Bell. The Bell Services covered by this Contract do not include services provided to you by Bell Mobility.
Bell Services means, collectively, the wholesale services listed in Schedule 2, provided by ▇▇▇▇ Canada or Nexxia, in the Territory, to Teleglobe pursuant to the Specific Service Agreements and such other services as introduced by ▇▇▇▇ Canada or Nexxia from time to time as contemplated by this Agreement and added, by amendment executed in writing by the Parties, to the list of Bell Services in Schedule 2, and a reference to a "Bell Service" means any one of them as the context may require;
Bell Services includes (a) all devices, equipment, Software (as defined in Section 9), hardware or other products owned, supplied or leased by Bell to be used in connection with the applicable Bell Services (“▇▇▇▇ Equipment”); and (b) any additional features, options or value added services the Customer selects, now or in the future as or will be listed on Customer’s invoice, when ordering Bell Services. The Agreement applies to all current and future Bell Services that the Customer obtains from Bell as listed on Customer’s invoice, with no additional copies or other evidence of agreement required to be delivered to Customer. Any additional Bell Services shall be billed at the then-current rates. Descriptions of certain of the Bell Services (and additional associated terms and conditions) are attached as schedules to these Terms of Service. Descriptions of these and additional Bell Services may be made available by Bell from time to time at ▇▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Customer agrees to the additional terms and conditions located at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇/, as may be amended from time to time to reflect terms and conditions mandated by the CRTC and which Bell is obligated to include in its agreements with Customer as a reseller of Bell services as a condition of Bell providing telecommunications services to Customer.

Examples of Bell Services in a sentence

  • Nothing in this Agreement limits ▇▇▇▇'▇ right to provision the Bell Services in any manner it sees fit.

  • Bell cannot guarantee that the Bell Services will be compatible with all system configurations.

  • When Bell Services are cancelled or the conditions justifying the deposit no longer apply (typically when you have made six consecutive monthly bill payments in full and on time), Bell will apply the deposit and any earned interest against the outstanding Fees or other amounts you owe to Bell and/or any Bell company referred to in Section 25, then refund you the balance of the deposit, if any.

  • If you have any questions or concerns about your Bell Services or your Contract, we’d be happy to help.

  • For example, without additional notice Bell may update or upgrade, modify or remove the software to ensure it remains compatible with and functions properly with any technological improvements to the Bell Services.

  • If this happens, you must pay these amounts on or before the required due date to avoid cancellation or suspension of your Bell Services.

  • You agree to Bell installing, modifying or removing Bell (or other) software on your Equipment to the extent such downloads are reasonably necessary for the continued efficient operation of your Bell Services.

  • By agreeing to receive the Bell Services, you waive your moral rights and you authorize Bell to perform these activities in relation to your content anywhere in the world, solely as required for Bell to provide you the Bell Services.

  • Upon your request or at the request of your new service provider, if your assigned account, phone number and/or Bell Service(s) are active, Bell will, upon cancellation of the applicable Bell Services, process a transfer request (or in the case of a phone number assigned to you, a “transfer-out” or “port- out” request), to your new chosen service provider.

  • To provide Bell Services, Bell may need to use, copy, adapt, transmit, display, publish and perform, distribute and create compilations and derivative works from your content.
