Bell MTS Services definition

Bell MTS Services or “Services” (as they will be called in this Contract) include the installation and provision of Internet Services (“Bell MTS Internet”), Home phone Services (“Bell MTS Home phone”), Internet Protocol Television Services (“Fibe™ TV”), and Bell MTS Cable TV and any additional features. Together Fibe TV and Bell MTS Cable TV are called “Bell MTS TV”. The Bell MTS Services include additional equipment owned by Bell MTS (including equipment rented from Bell MTS) (“Bell MTS Equipment”) that you may need to receive the Bell MTS Services, such as devices, receivers, remotes, SmartCards, modems, routers, pods, accessories, hardware, networks, platforms, certain batteries and/or other products. Bell MTS Equipment does not include batteries owned by you, including those purchased from Bell MTS. The Bell MTS Services covered by this Contract do not include wireless services provided to you by Bell MTS or Bell Mobility.

Examples of Bell MTS Services in a sentence

  • For example, without additional notice Bell MTS may update or upgrade, modify or remove the software to ensure it remains compatible with and functions properly with any technological improvements to the Bell MTS Services.

  • Bell MTS may replace, upgrade or modify the Bell MTS Equipment required for the use of Bell MTS Services, migrate your Bell MTS Services to other networks or platforms, or change its suppliers.

  • You agree to Bell MTS installing, modifying or removing Bell MTS (or other) software on your Equipment to the extent such downloads are reasonably necessary for the continued efficient operation of your Bell MTS Services.

  • You are responsible for the equipment, devices and systems you own, for example, your computer, TV, streaming device (“Your Equipment”) and any Bell MTS Equipment you use with the Bell MTS Services (together, “Equipment”) and all associated risks.

  • Upon your request or at the request of your new service provider, if your assigned account, phone number and/or Bell MTS Services are active, Bell MTS will, upon cancellation of the applicable Bell MTS Services, process a transfer request (or in the case of a phone number assigned to you, a “transfer-out” or “port-out” request), to your new chosen service provider.

  • You must ensure that at all times Your Equipment meets Bell MTS’s minimum requirements (see ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇) to use Bell MTS Services and is compatible with Bell MTS Equipment.

  • Before your new service provider cancels a Bell MTS Service on your behalf, it is your responsibility to review the impact such cancellation may have on your eligibility for any discounts or promotions associated with any other Bell MTS Services.

  • Bell MTS will request your existing service provider to “transfer-in” or “port-in” your existing assigned phone number and/or transfer your existing Bell MTS Services if you: (i) confirm that you have the right to make the request; (ii) authorize Bell MTS to share with your existing service provider your information relevant to the transfer request (which may include personal information); and (iii) complete and sign any required request form.

  • You accept this Contract on the earlier of the date: (a) you receive a copy of these terms of service; (b) installation has commenced; or (c) you access or use Bell MTS Services (see Section 2), unless otherwise determined by applicable laws.

Related to Bell MTS Services

  • Products/Services means the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that ▇▇▇▇▇ performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Professional sports services contract means an agreement under which an individual is employed, or agrees to render services, as a player on a professional sports team, with a professional sports organization, or as a professional athlete.

  • Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

  • SaaS Service means the SaaS Software as deployed and hosted by Licensor on the AWS Service infrastructure, any software and other technology provided or made accessible by Licensor that Buyer is required or has the option to use in order to access, receive and use the SaaS Software as hosted by Licensor, including any software or technology that Buyer is required or has the option to install, operate and use on Buyer’s systems for its use of the SaaS Software, and all related services, functions or responsibilities of Licensor inherent in, and necessary for, the proper performance of such software-as-a-service.
