  • Bell MTS cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Service, nor does Bell MTS make any other representation as to coverage or quality of the Service.

  • You will not own or have any property right to the wireless device number assigned to you by Bell MTS.

  • You are responsible for the equipment, devices and systems you own, for example, your computer, TV, streaming device (“Your Equipment”) and any Bell MTS Equipment you use with the Bell MTS Services (together, “Equipment”) and all associated risks.
