You agree to indemnify and keep us harmless in respect of any loss, damage, claim, liability, cost or expense incurred by us arising from, or in connection with, a breach of this clause 11 or the disclosure of any Belay CI in response to a Request where at the time of such disclosure the Belay CI was exempt from disclosure under FOIA or where you were otherwise not obliged by FOIA to disclose the Belay CI.
If you disclose Belay CI in response to a Request, promptly following such disclosure, you will provide us with a copy in tangible form of all information (including all Belay CI) disclosed by you in response to such Request.
