Being used definition

Being used means not having been taken out of operation.
Being used in this context means that the value of the “thing” may influence run-time behaviour of the program. (More precisely, it is not found to be irrelevant to the run-time behaviour by the usage analysis algorithm.)
Being used. The path is used. When the path is in this status, the starting time is the history records when the path became available and the ending time is the estimated time of unavailability. “ready to be used” The path is ready to be used. When the path is in this status, the starting time is the history records when the path became available and the ending time is the estimated time of unavailability.
