Upon completion of the Disposal under the Equity Transfer Agreement, the principal amount outstanding under the Loan Agreement will be fully settled and the remaining outstanding sum of RMB12,613,199.67, being the outstanding accrued interest under the Loan Agreement as at the date of the Equity Transfer Agreement, shall be repaid by Beijing Qidian by 13 June 2025.
