Bedridden person definition

Bedridden person means a person who is "nonambulatory" as specified in Section 87101(n); and who either requires assistance in turning and repositioning in bed, or is unable to independently transfer to and from bed, as specified in Health and Safety Code Section 1569.72(b)(1).
