Becton as used herein shall include Becton, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Company and any entity which at any time during the life of this AGREEMENT directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls BECTON, is controlled by BECTON, or is under common control of BECTON, (including subsidiaries of BECTON), or is controlled by an entity that controls BECTON.

• The test is based on standard quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction methodology (qRT-PCR) using RNA isolated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) isolated from whole blood collected in a BD Vacutainer CPTTM Cell Preparation tube (Becton ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, NJ) with sodium citrate (CPTTM tube).

• The Becton Partner shall appoint three (3) members and the Nanogen Partner shall appoint three (3) members.
