Cheque, Guarantee Bonds, War Bonds and Government Securities (Stock Certificates, Bearer Bonds, Promissory Notes, Cash Certificates) will not be accepted towards earnest money.

Form of the Bonds: The Bonds are issued in bearer form (the Bearer Bonds), or, in the case of VS System Bonds, uncertificated book entry form, as specified in the applicable Final Terms and, in the case of definitive Bonds, serially numbered, in the Specified Currency and the Specified Denomination(s).
Couponholders will be deemed for all purposes to have notice of the contents of any notice given to the Holders of Bearer Bonds in accordance with this Condition.
The Issuer shall also ensure that notices are duly published in a manner which complies with the rules and regulations of any stock exchange or any other relevant authority on which the Bearer Bonds are for the time being listed or by which they have been admitted to trading.
Notices to the Holders of Registered Bonds will be mailed to them at their respective addresses in the Register and deemed to have been given on the fourth weekday after the date of mailing and will also be published in accordance with the requirements for notices to the Holders of Bearer Bonds set out below.
Each permanent global Bearer Bond that represents Exchangeable Bearer Bonds will also be exchangeable for Registered Bonds.
