Bearer Bonds definition

Bearer Bonds means Covered Bonds issued in bearer form;
Bearer Bonds means those Bonds which are in bearer form.
Bearer Bonds means bearer bonds issued under Part IV;

  • Cheque, Guarantee Bonds, War Bonds and Government Securities (Stock Certificates, Bearer Bonds, Promissory Notes, Cash Certificates) will not be accepted towards earnest money.

  • There is no problem when the same evaluator appraises all in an organization.

  • Government securities (Stock Certificates, Bearer Bonds, Promissory Notes etc) and Guarantee bonds executed by banks will not be accepted towards earnest money.

  • Title to Bearer Bonds, Coupons, Receipts and Talons (if any) passes by delivery.

  • Form of the Bonds: The Bonds are issued in bearer form (the Bearer Bonds), or, in the case of VS System Bonds, uncertificated book entry form, as specified in the applicable Final Terms and, in the case of definitive Bonds, serially numbered, in the Specified Currency and the Specified Denomination(s).

  • Couponholders will be deemed for all purposes to have notice of the contents of any notice given to the Holders of Bearer Bonds in accordance with this Condition.

  • The Issuer shall also ensure that notices are duly published in a manner which complies with the rules and regulations of any stock exchange or any other relevant authority on which the Bearer Bonds are for the time being listed or by which they have been admitted to trading.

  • Notices to the Holders of Registered Bonds will be mailed to them at their respective addresses in the Register and deemed to have been given on the fourth weekday after the date of mailing and will also be published in accordance with the requirements for notices to the Holders of Bearer Bonds set out below.

  • Each permanent global Bearer Bond that represents Exchangeable Bearer Bonds will also be exchangeable for Registered Bonds.


More Definitions of Bearer Bonds

Bearer Bonds means Bonds issued in bearer form and deposited with the Centralised Clearing System, represented by a Temporary Global Bond or Permanent Global Bond; Bond means any bond (the characteristics of each Series are specified in the relevant Final Terms or Stand Alone Prospectus) issued by the Company and authenticated and delivered pursuant to this Agreement, which Bond will be represented by a Global Bond; Bondholders means the several persons who are for the time being holders of the Bonds except that, for so long as the Bonds are represented by the Global Bond, each intermediary who is for the time being shown in the records of the Centralised Clearing System as the holder of a particular principal amount of such Bonds (in which regard any certificate or other document issued by the Centralised Clearing System as to the principal amount of such Bonds standing to the account of any intermediary shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes except in the case of manifest error) shall be treated by the Company and the Paying Agents as a holder of such principal amount of Bonds for all purposes other than for the payment of principal and interest on such Bonds, the right to which shall be vested, as against the Company and the Paying Agents, solely in the bearer of the Global Bond in accordance with and subject to its Terms and Conditions (and the expressions Bondholder and holder of Bonds and related expressions shall be construed accordingly); Business Day means any day on which banks are open for business in London and Milan and on which the Trans-European Automated Real Time Gross Transfer System or any successor thereto, is open;
Bearer Bonds means those Bonds which are for the time being in bearer form;
Bearer Bonds means all Bonds which are in bearer form or which are registered as to principal only.
Bearer Bonds or "Bearer Notes" means the Bonds (with unmatured Coupons attached) or Notes issued hereunder payable to bearer, which bearer may be referred to in this indenture as a "Bearer Bondholder" or a "Bearer Noteholder", as the case may be;

Related to Bearer Bonds

  • Bearer Notes means Notes which are specified in their Conditions as being in bearer form;

  • Bearer Note means a Note in bearer form.

  • Bearer means anyone in possession from time to time of a Bearer Security.

  • Bearer Securities has the meaning given to it in Condition 2.

  • Bearer Security means any Security established pursuant to Section 201 which is payable to bearer.

  • Coupons means the bearer coupons relating to interest bearing Bearer Notes or, as the context may require, a specific number of them and includes any replacement Coupons issued pursuant to the Conditions;

  • Global Bearer Security means the ETP Securities in bearer form represented by a global security.

  • Registered Notes has the meaning specified in Section 2.1.

  • Unregistered Securities The meaning specified in Section 5.17(c).

  • Unregistered Security means any Security other than a Registered Security.

  • Definitive Bearer Note means a Bearer Note in definitive form being in the form or substantially in the form set out in Appendix B-3 hereto (or in such other form as may be agreed between the relevant Issuer, the Agent and the relevant Purchaser or Purchasers) issued or to be issued by the relevant Issuer pursuant to this Agreement in exchange for the whole or (subject to the terms of the relevant Temporary Global Note and/or Permanent Global Note) part of a Temporary Global and/or Permanent Global Note;

  • 2023 Notes means the 6 7/8% Notes due 2023 issued by NTL pursuant to the 1988 Indenture.

  • 2019 Notes has the meaning set forth in the definition of “2018 Exchange Offers”.

  • Global Securities means a Security or Securities, as the case may be, in the form established pursuant to Section 2.2 evidencing all or part of a Series of Securities, issued to the Depositary for such Series or its nominee, and registered in the name of such Depositary or nominee.

  • Option Bonds means Current Interest Bonds, which may be either Serial or Term Bonds, which by their terms may be tendered by and at the option of the Owner for purchase prior to the stated maturity thereof.

  • 2024 Notes means the 7.000% Senior Notes due 2024, issued pursuant to the 2024 Indenture.

  • Registered Global Security means a Security evidencing all or a part of a series of Registered Securities, issued to the Depositary for such series in accordance with Section 2.02, and bearing the legend prescribed in Section 2.02.

  • Book-Entry Bonds Beneficial interests in the Bonds, ownership and transfers of which shall be made through book entries by the Depository as described in Section 4.06

  • Definitive Registered Note means a certificated Note registered in the name of the Holder thereof that does not include the Global Notes Legend.

  • Fixed Rate Notes Together, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-4 Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes and the Class E Notes.

  • Coupon means any interest coupon appertaining to a Bearer Security.

  • Floating Rate Notes means the Class A-2b Notes.

  • 2016 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$460,000,000 of 4.25% Convertible Senior Notes Due 2016 issued pursuant to the 2016 Note Indenture.

  • Registered Note means a Note in registered form;

  • 2021 Notes means the 4.700% Senior Notes due 2021, originally issued by Ensco plc (now Valaris), a public limited company organized under the laws of England and Wales.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the Series 2020A Bonds and the Series 2020B Bonds.
