Beachfront Property definition

Beachfront Property means that portion of the sandy Gulf beach located south of Front Beach Road and between the extended east and west boundary of the property that is owned by County as depicted on the attached map. Additionally, Beachfront Property includes up to four (4) locations on the M. B. Miller Pier for observation telescopes at such locations as the County may authorize. Bay County shall approve the construction and installation of all telescopes.
