Beach Easement definition

Beach Easement means a permanent, non-exclusive ten-foot wide pedestrian ingress, egress and access easement for use of a permanent walkway to the beach from South Ocean Drive, substantially as depicted on Exhibit D attached hereto, which Beach Easement shall be in the form of easement attached hereto as Exhibit M. The Beach Easement shall contemplate temporary closure during construction of the permanent walkway.
