BEA Loan definition
BEA Loan means the loan from BEA to Seller evidenced by that certain -------- Promissory Note and Security Agreement, dated October 19, 1999.
BEA Loan means the CNY160,000,000 and USD10,000,000 loan agreement between BEA and the Borrower dated 23 January 2013.
