Be responsible means the sponsor’s responsibility for research and development activity conducted by foreign university, research and development institute, entity or personduringtheirpresenceintheterritoryofthe Republic of Indonesia to conduct research and development activity. In the performance of its responsibility, the sponsor shall monitor and supervise foreign university, research and development institute, entity or person to ensure that they conduct the research and development activity in accordance with their permit.
