All the terms used in the BDO Data Agreement have the same meaning as those in the BDO General Terms and Conditions and vice versa.
For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the following meaning: Agreement: the Engagement Letter together with the General Terms and Conditions, the BDO Data Processing Agreement, the BDO Privacy Policy and, if applicable, the BDO General Provisions Online Services.
