Examples of BDH Audit in a sentence

  • If within seven days of receipt of such notice, EGI delivers the applicable Monthly Report or Annual Report, as the case may be, then BDH shall have no right to perform the BDH Audit.

  • Otherwise, absent any manifest or gross error in the auditor's report, the BDH Audit shall be final and conclusive and EGI shall not have the right todispute its findings.

  • If EGI delivers the applicable Monthly Report or Annual Report, as the case may be, before the delivery of the BDH Audit, the applicable Monthly Report or Annual Report, as the case may be, shall be taken as final and conclusive, subject to the rights of BDH as set forth in section 6(c).

  • In order to exercise this right, BDH must provide not less than seven days’ written notice to EGI of its intention to conduct the BDH Audit.
