BDF CONTRACTS definition
BDF CONTRACTS means those contracts by and among Seller or Seller's Affiliates and certain customers of the Business defining and qualifying merchandising activities and how those customers will be reimbursed by Seller or Seller's Affiliates for performance of merchandising activities occurring during the period of those contracts. A sample BDF Contract and calculation sheet is attached as Exhibit 1.09.
