BDF CONTRACT definition
BDF CONTRACT means that agreement between the customers of the Business and Seller defining qualifying "merchandising" activities and how those customers shall be reimbursed by Seller for performance occurring during the period specified in the agreement. A sample of this agreement and a sample calculation sheet is attached as Exhibit 1.
