BDCP definition

BDCP means the Bay Delta Conservation Plan, which was a habitat conservation plan under section 10 of the federal Endangered Species Act and a Natural Community Conservation Plan under the Natural Community Conservation Planning Act proposed by the Department of Water Resources, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, National Marine Fisheries Service, and Bureau of Reclamation.
BDCP means the Bay Delta Conservation Plan, a conservation plan prepared to meet the requirements of Federal Endangered Species Act (FESA), California Endangered Species Act (CESA) and/or the Natural Community Conservation Plan Act (NCCPA).
