BDC Borrower definition

BDC Borrower means the Borrower, once it has converted into a corporation and filed an election to be regulated as a “business development company” under the Investment Company Act.

Examples of BDC Borrower in a sentence

  • The BDC Borrower shall maintain its status as a RIC under the Code for each of its taxable years ending after the BDC Transition and shall maintain, after the BDC Transition is effected, its status as a “business development company” under the Investment Company Act at all times.
