BCV definition

BCV means Banco de Cabo Verde, the Borrower’s Central Bank, established by the Borrower’s Decree-Law (Decreto-Lei) No. 42/93, dated July 15, 1993;
BCV means Broadway China Ventures, LLC.
BCV has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph hereof.

  • It is the intent of the Parties that such Field expansion would require no additional compensation from BCV to Senesco.
