  • If you are no longer enrolled at the University or BCTC because you voluntarily withdrew from the University or BCTC; graduated from the University or BCTC; married; active military deployment; or your educational program requires an out-of-town residency; other than the non-refundable Application Fee, you will not be charged any other cancellation fees.

  • If you withdraw from the University or BCTC during an academic semester, your ability to live in your Assigned Housing Facility will terminate immediately upon your withdrawal and receipt of cancellation through the Housing Portal.

  • If you lived in a Housing Facility during the Fall Semester and ARE NOT RETURNING to the University or BCTC as an enrolled student for the Spring Semester, you must notify the Housing Office by cancelling your Contract through the Housing Portal.
