BCN Customer definition

BCN Customer means an entity that acquires services under this Contract through the MSP. Entities are defined under state statute Wisconsin Statute 16 subch IX, (agencies as defined in Wisconsin Statute 16.70 (1e), municipality as defined in Wisconsin Statute 16.70 (8), BadgerNet Authorized User as defined in state statute 16.97).

Examples of BCN Customer in a sentence

  • As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which a BCN Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station.

  • For the avoidance of any doubt, BCN shall pay Verizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Verizon Customer, and BCN shall pay Verizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a BCN Customer.

  • BCN shall provide to Verizon on a regularly scheduled basis, at no charge, and in a format required by Verizon or by a mutually agreed upon industry standard (e.g., Ordering and Billing Forum developed) all Listing Information and the service address for each BCN Customer whose service address location falls within the geographic area covered by the relevant Verizon directory.

  • Both Parties shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the accurate publication of BCN Customer listings.

  • The BCN Customer State shall not be obligated to pay for Services for the period that they have been suspended pursuant to this Section.

  • If the violating act is by a BCN Customer, Contractor will suspend only as to that BCN Customer.

  • BCN shall also provide to Verizon on a daily basis: (a) information showing BCN Customers who have disconnected or terminated their service with BCN; and (b) delivery information for each non-listed or non-published BCN Customer to enable Verizon to perform its directory distribution responsibilities.

  • Contractor will remove any suspension promptly upon learning that such suspension is not warranted, or receipt of notification from the BCN Customer and verification of its cure of the violation, or upon cessation of the violation.

  • At BCN’s request, Verizon shall provide BCN with a report of all BCN Customer listings in a reasonable timeframe prior to the service order close date for the applicable directory.

  • In the event a Service is suspended for thirty (30) days or more pursuant to this Section, the BCN Customer may notify Contractor of its intent to terminate such Service.

Related to BCN Customer

  • DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.
