  • Upon request of the SPONSOR, the GOVERNING AUTHORITY shall promptly provide proof of occupancy, fire inspection, health and safety inspection, lease or purchase verification, construction plans, liability insurance, BCI&I records checks of all staff, and valid teaching certification of staff.
