BCIC definition

BCIC has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
BCIC means the Bank's credit and investment committee established by the Board and comprised of members of the Board as further described in "Management and Employees⎯Management⎯Board Committees⎯Board Credit and Investment Committee (the “BCIC”)";
BCIC means BlackRock Capital Investment Corporation, or any Person substituted for BlackRock Capital Investment Corporation, as a Member pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
