BCH Benefit Plans definition

BCH Benefit Plans means the employee benefit plans provided by BCH to certain or all of the Employees, as listed in Schedule A, but does not include the BCH Pension Plan, the BCH Over the Limits Pension Plan, the BCH Post-Retirement Benefit Plans, BCH Time Bank Program or the BCH Employment Agreements;

Examples of BCH Benefit Plans in a sentence

  • From and after their Transfer of Employment Dates, the Transferred Employees shall cease to receive employee benefit coverage under the BCH Benefit Plans and shall immediately commence to receive employee benefit coverage from the ABS Benefit Plans.

  • To the extent that the Outstanding Perquisites are reasonably similar or comparable to the BCH Benefit Plans listed in Schedule A or the BCH Employment Agreements listed in Schedule C, such Outstanding Perquisites may, by agreement of the Parties, be accounted for, assumed by or transferred to ABS, in a manner that is generally consistent with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement or that is otherwise generally consistent with transactions of this nature.
