BCEP means the collective reference to (i) Blackstone Core Equity Partners L.P., a Delaware limited partnership and (ii) any Alternative Investment Vehicles or Parallel Funds (each as defined in the partnership agreement for the partnership referred to in clause (i) above).

BCEP is the collective reference to (i) Blackstone Core Equity Partners L.P., Blackstone Core Equity Partners – K L.P., Blackstone Core Equity Partners – P L.P., Blackstone Core Equity Partners – CA L.P., Blackstone Core Equity Partners – F L.P. and Blackstone Core Equity Partners – NC L.P., each a Delaware limited partnership, (ii) any other vehicle formed to invest alongside Blackstone Core Equity Partners L.P. for which BCEMA serves as the general partner, and (iii) any other Alternative Investment Vehicles or Parallel Vehicles (each as defined in the partnership agreement for the partnership referred to in clause (i) or (ii) above).
