BCDA TOA definition

BCDA TOA means the toll operation agreement dated June 13, 2007 entered into and executed by and between the Republic of the Philippines (acting by and through the TRB) and BCDA relating to the financing, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the SCTEX.
