  • Neither BCCK nor anyone used or employed by BCCK will have any right to any pension or welfare plans, including, without limitation, savings, retirement, medical, dental, insurance, or vacation plans sponsored by Linn.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement Linn’s obligation to pay BCCK is subject to the requirements, if any, of the bond and the bonding company with respect to payments.

  • Each Change Order shall also set forth the basis on which BCCK will be compensated for the change to the amount due.

  • BCCK or its Subcontractors and Linn shall work to expeditiously resolve all identified issues.
