Neither BCCK nor anyone used or employed by BCCK will have any right to any pension or welfare plans, including, without limitation, savings, retirement, medical, dental, insurance, or vacation plans sponsored by Linn.
In the event of a Termination for Cause, Linn shall pay to (or receive from) BCCK the amount Linn is obligated to pay or receive by law, as applicable.
Furthermore, neither BCCK nor anyone used or employed by BCCK will have any authority to bind Linn to any third parties without specific written authority from Linn.

No covenant or condition of this Agreement can be changed except by the mutual written consent of Linn and BCCK.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement Linn’s obligation to pay BCCK is subject to the requirements, if any, of the bond and the bonding company with respect to payments.
Each Change Order shall also set forth the basis on which BCCK will be compensated for the change to the amount due.
BCCK or its Subcontractors and Linn shall work to expeditiously resolve all identified issues.
