BCCC definition

BCCC or “Pokagon Band BCCC” means any committee (excluding the Executive Committee of the Tribal Council), board (excluding the Pokagon Gaming Authority), council (excluding the Tribal Council), or commission of the Band, whether created by the Tribal Council pursuant to Article IX, Section 2(i) of the Constitution, established by the Constitution, or established by Pokagon Band Law.
BCCC means BCCC, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation, and its successors and assigns. "BCCTCF" means Boston Capital Corporate Tax Credit Fund III, A Limited Partnership, a Massachusetts limited partnership, and its successors and assigns.

Examples of BCCC in a sentence

  • BCCC shall take all necessary steps to ensure the workplace health and safety of employees.

  • BCCC shall comply with the provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and any applicable state, local and/or federal Health and Safety legislation.

  • BCCC and AFSCME MD will develop a telework policy for employees at BCCC.

  • Therefore, pursuant to and consistent with the Collective Bargaining Law, Maryland State Personnel and Pensions Article Annotated, Section 3-501(d)(iii), 3-601(a)(2)(iii) the parties agree, based upon the various articles hereinafter set forth, that this MOU constitutes a Collective Bargaining Agreement between BCCC and AFSCME.
