BCABC definition

BCABC means the Business Corporation Act (British Columbia) as amended, and the regulations made thereunder, and any successor laws or regulations thereto;
BCABC means the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) S.B.C. 2002 c.57, as amended, including the regulations promulgated thereunder.
