BC Properties definition

BC Properties means the Tom Cat claims located in Nicola Mining District, B.C. and Newmont Lake claims located in B.C.’s Golden Triangle;
BC Properties means the BC Marketplace, BC Services, BC Trademarks, Program Materials, Platform, Program, and Program Guide, including all information and materials available therethrough, updates and modifications thereto, and intellectual property rights therein.

Examples of BC Properties in a sentence

  • Bail Commercial between ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ France SAS, as tenant, and B&C Properties, as landlord, relating to property at ▇▇-▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, Batiment A, 94200 Ivry sur Seine, France.

  • Partner’s participation in the Program and its use of the BC Properties is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as those contained in the then-current Program Guide (which are incorporated herein by this reference).

  • Partner will not use any BC Properties or other BigCommerce products or services to violate Applicable Laws.

  • Partner may, from time to time, provide suggestions, techniques, know-how, comments, feedback or other input to BigCommerce with respect to the BC Properties (collectively, "Suggestions").

  • In addition, if a competitor of BigCommerce acquires a controlling interest in Partner, Partner shall promptly, and in any case within five (5) business days, notify BigCommerce in writing of any such acquisition, and BigCommerce may thereafter at its sole and exclusive discretion: (a) terminate this Agreement; and/or (b) remove Partner’s access to all BC Properties, including without limitation, the Program.

  • As between the parties, BigCommerce owns, and will continue to own, all right, title and interest in and to the BC Properties, and Partner owns, and will continue to own, all right, title and interest in and to the Apps, including all intellectual property rights therein.
