BC Hydro System definition

BC Hydro System means the transmission, distribution, protection, control and communication facilities owned, controlled or operated by the Buyer in British Columbia, and includes all additions and modifications thereto and repairs or replacements thereof, all as more particularly described in the Interconnection Agreement.
