The Contractor shall specify how the BC/DR plan will impact access to the required features and functionality of the Cloud Product associated with the Authorized User Agreement.
In the event of a complete loss of service or in the event of a Disaster, the Supplier shall immediately invoke the BCDR Plan (and shall inform the Customer promptly of such invocation).
