BBSI definition

BBSI and "Employee" are collectively referred to as the “Parties.” The Parties agree as follows:
BBSI means Bumble Bee Seafoods, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • CDC means Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

  • Material financial interest means a personal and pecuniary interest, direct or indirect, accruing to a public servant or spouse, either individually or in combination with each other. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following shall not be deemed to be a material financial interest with respect to a business with which a public servant may be associated:

  • ADI means an institution that is an authorized deposit-taking institution under the Australian Banking Act and regulated as such by APRA;

  • Xxxxxx Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b) hereof.
