• You may not copy any Documentation or portion thereof other than for Your own personal or internal use and for use in conjunction with Your use of the BBM Solution.

• Such registration statement, herein referred to as the "Registration Statement," has been declared effective by the Commission under the Securities Act and no post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement has been filed as of the date of this Agreement.
