BBI Entity definition

BBI Entity means any subsidiary of Boulder Brands Investments.

  • Parent may elect at any time upon written notice to the Administrative Agent to designate Boulder Brands Investments or any BBI Entity as “Subsidiaries” of the Parent for all purposes under this Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents so long as Boulder Brands Investments and the applicable BBI Entity, as the case may be, becomes a Borrower or Guarantor pursuant to Section 4.1 hereof.

  • Subsidiary Entity means a person that is controlled directly or indirectly by another person and includes a subsidiary of that subsidiary;
