  • When required by the BBC as the commissioning broadcaster, on first day of principle photography the Producer shall pay a further sum equal to 15% of the script fee for a 5- year licence for BBC Public Services uses, excluding BBC1 and BBC2, commencing on the first transmission of the programme in the UK.

  • Where the extract is used online in conjunction with BBC Public Services intended to complement the original programme neither consent nor payment shall be required.

  • BBC Online-Services The BBC’s online services which are a part of the BBC Public Services, such as ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇ and branded “apps” that contain certain hardware to the “mobile” versions of the online services.
