BBC Contracts definition

  • Such Appraiser shall then choose (taking into account all relevant factors, but no discount shall be applied as a result of the termination or potential termination of the BBC Contracts), as between the written determinations of the CTSH Per Share Value provided by each party to the Appraiser, the CTSH Per Share Value which most closely approximates, in the expert opinion of the Appraiser, the Fair Market Value per share of the CTSH Shares and the CTSH Warrants.
