BBC Content definition

BBC Content the off-air recording of television and radio programmes broadcasted by the BBC and made available via the BBC Content Delivery System.
BBC Content means audio, video, text, images or other content made available by the BBC through BBC Online Services and may sometimes include content which is owned or controlled by third parties which the BBC is permitted to make available through the relevant BBC Online Service;
BBC Content means all content from the BBC Website made available to Visitors via the BBC Headline Box, including but without limitation any BBC logo or other trade mark;

Examples of BBC Content in a sentence

  • Performance Fee(s) Payments due under this Agreement which permit the BBC to produce broadcasts and recordings of the Performance(s) and use them in the BBC Content in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Secondary Payments shall be due for Secondary Uses (as specified below) of new BBC Content containing the re-used Incidental Music.

  • Call Period Period of time during which the BBC requires the Musician(s) to be available on a first call basis to provide services for BBC Content.

  • For any Repeat Fees or Residual Buy-Out Fees payable following 3 years from the first broadcast of the relevant BBC Content, the Residual Basic shall be based on comparable relevant rates, for example Performance Fees and Call Fees.

  • Unlimited further use of whole or any part of the BBC Content except for repeat broadcasts as specified in PART EIGHT.

  • BBC The BBC as defined by Royal Charter and BBC Subsidiaries BBC Content Material broadcast (or otherwise communicated to the public) and/or recorded by the BBC primarily for use in BBC Public Service(s) or BBC Joint Venture Services.

  • For sake of Clarity, where BBC Studios make programmes for BBC Content, this agreement shall apply.

  • For Soloists or Conductors of classical music Performance(s), payment of a repeat fee additionally entitles the BBC to make any other uses of the whole or any part of the BBC Content (except further repeats specified in this PART SIX) for a period of 1 year from the repeat broadcast.

  • Other BBC Public Service Uses Unlimited further use of whole or any part of the BBC Content except for repeat broadcasts as specified in PART EIGHT.

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).
