BB Bio means BB Biotech Ventures II, L.P. including any successor thereto or any assignee of the interest, in whole or in part, of BB Bio under this Agreement Brookside means Brookside Capital Partners Fund L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, including any successor thereto or any assignee of the interest, in whole or in part, of Brookside Capital Partners Fund L.P. under this Agreement.
