Trust dated September 12, 1969, with respect to all Class A Exchangeable Shares owned by such parties (other than the trustee). 1.10 "Class A Exchangeable Shares" shall mean the Class A exchangeable shares in the capital of Exchangeco, having substantially the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions set out in Appendix I to the Plan of Arrangement.
