Batch Service definition

Batch Service means the processing and enhancement of Input Materials by GBG and the delivery of Output Materials to the Client. “Business Day” means Monday to Friday (excluding public and bank holidays in England).

Examples of Batch Service in a sentence

  • The Client shall not use the Output of the Consultancy, Batch Service, Portfolio Service or Data Management Service for any other purposes whatsoever.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, to the extent only that the Output of any Consultancy, Batch Service, Portfolio Service or Data Management Service comprises Input, that Input shall remain the property of the Client (or its third party licensors).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Client and its Principals are is not permitted to use the CallTrace Batch Service for private investigation purposes.
