Batch Log Records means all documentation and records related to the Manufacturing process for each Batch.

For avoidance of doubt, all executed Batch Log Records for NeurogesX, Specifications and NeurogesX IP shall be deemed the Confidential Information of NeurogesX.
However, for any API batches not entirely purchased by NeurogesX, and where a portion of the remaining quantity is purchased by a third party, Supplier shall be allowed to disclose to that third party, pursuant to a non-disclosure agreement between Supplier and such third party, the Certificate of Analysis and Batch Log Records for that specific API batch.
