BATC Facility means Respondent Cristal’s Baltimore Administrative & Technical Center facility located on leased space at 6752 Baymeadow Drive, in Glen Burnie, Maryland, which provides research, development, technical, support, and administrative services to, among other things, the TiO2 Business.
