Basic unit definition

Basic unit means the smallest unit of the drugs to be made available and shall be of form tab/cap/vial etc. The rate to be given on the price bid shall be quoted for the basic unit mentioned in Section IV.
Basic unit means a manufactured home without hitch, awnings, cabanas, storage unit, carport, garage, windbreak, non− winterized porch or similar appurtenant structures.

The term “Class C Unit” does not refer to a Common Unit until such Class C Unit has converted into a Common Unit pursuant to the terms hereof.

The parties agree that the intent of this Section 5.1(e) is to make the Capital Account balance associated with each LTIP Unit to be economically equivalent to the Capital Account balance associated with the Partnership Units (on a per-Unit basis), but only if and to the extent the Capital Account balance associated with the General Partner’s Partnership Units has increased on a per-Unit basis since the issuance of the relevant LTIP Unit.

  • Class A Unit means any Partnership Unit that is not specifically designated by the General Partner as being of another specified class of Partnership Units.

  • Generating Unit means one or more generating equipment combinations typically consisting of prime mover(s), electric generator(s), electric transformer(s), steam generator(s) and air emission control devices.

Any existing unit that is modified, reconstructed, or repowered after November 15, 1990, shall continue to be an existing unit.
