Basic Subscriber Rate definition

Basic Subscriber Rate means, for the System, the predominant monthly fees and charges derived from the provision of Basic Services to single family households, as of June 30, 1996, as set forth on SCHEDULE 1.1.

More Definitions of Basic Subscriber Rate

Basic Subscriber Rate means the minimum standard monthly fees and charges for "basic service" (as such term is commonly understood in the cable television industry) charged to customers of the Cable Systems.
Basic Subscriber Rate shall have the meaning specified in the Implementation Agreement.

  • Cost of Funds Rate means, for any Accrual Period and any Lender, the rate determined as set forth below:

  • Reference Dealer Rate means with respect to the Reference Dealers and the Make Whole/Three- Month Par Call Optional Redemption Date, the average of the five quotations of the mid-market annual yield to maturity of the Reference Stock or, if the Reference Stock is no longer outstanding, a similar security in the reasonable judgment of the Reference Dealers, at the Determination Time and on the Determination Date in each case specified in the applicable Final Terms, quoted in writing to the Issuer by the Reference Dealers; and

  • Applicable Treasury Rate for any redemption date, means the yield to maturity at the time of computation of United States Treasury securities with a constant maturity (as compiled and published in the most recent Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15(519) that has become publicly available at least two Business Days prior to the applicable redemption date of such Note (or, if such Statistical Release is no longer published, any publicly available source of similar market data)) most nearly equal to the period from the applicable redemption date to November 15, 2019; provided, however, that if the period from the applicable redemption date to November 15, 2019 is not equal to the constant maturity of a United States Treasury security for which a weekly average yield is given, the Applicable Treasury Rate shall be obtained by linear interpolation (calculated to the nearest one-twelfth of a year) from the weekly average yields of United States Treasury securities for which such yields are given except that if the period from the applicable redemption date to November 15, 2019 is less than one year, the weekly average yield on actually traded United States Treasury securities adjusted to a constant maturity of one year shall be used.

  • Term SOFR Rate means, with respect to any Term Benchmark Borrowing and for any tenor comparable to the applicable Interest Period, the Term SOFR Reference Rate at approximately 5:00 a.m., Chicago time, two U.S. Government Securities Business Days prior to the commencement of such tenor comparable to the applicable Interest Period, as such rate is published by the CME Term SOFR Administrator.

  • Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the applicable Net Mortgage Rates of the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Due Period, weighted on the basis of their respective Stated Principal Balances as of the first day of such Due Period (after giving effect to any payments received during any applicable grace period).

  • Monthly Uptime Percentage means total number of minutes in a calendar month minus the number of minutes of Downtime suffered in a calendar month, divided by the total number of minutes in a calendar month.

The Reinvestment Yield shall be rounded to the number of decimal places as appears in the interest rate of the applicable Note. If such yields are not Reported or the yields Reported as of such time are not ascertainable (including by way of interpolation), then “Reinvestment Yield” means, with respect to the Called Principal of any Note, 0.50% over the yield to maturity implied by the U.S. Treasury constant maturity yields reported, for the latest day for which such yields have been so reported as of the second Business Day preceding the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal, in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15 (or any comparable successor publication) for the U.S. Treasury constant maturity having a term equal to the Remaining Average Life of such Called Principal as of such Settlement Date. If there is no such U.S. Treasury constant maturity having a term equal to such Remaining Average Life, such implied yield to maturity will be determined by interpolating linearly between (1) the U.S. Treasury constant maturity so reported with the term closest to and greater than such Remaining Average Life and (2) the U.S. Treasury constant maturity so reported with the term closest to and less than such Remaining Average Life. The Reinvestment Yield shall be rounded to the number of decimal places as appears in the interest rate of the applicable Note.

  • Cap Rate For each Calculation Period, as set forth for such period on Schedule I attached hereto.
