Basic status definition

Basic status means the status of the category bid award associated with a contingent vacancy (i.e. the basic status associated with a "Contingent Captain" bid award is Captain; the basic status associated with a Contingent Flight Engineer is Flight Engineer).

  • Level V Status exists at any date if, on such date, the Borrower has not qualified for Level I Status, Level II Status, Level III Status or Level IV Status.
