Basic Salary Rate definition

Basic Salary Rate means the Employee’s monthly, annual or hourly wage exclusive of all premium payments according to their assigned Job Family and Phase listed in Schedule “A” – Salary Schedule.

Examples of Basic Salary Rate in a sentence

  • In such cases, the amount of the acting premium shall be determined by the Board but shall not be less than five percent (5%) of the Employee’s Basic Salary Rate.

  • The premium shall be five percent (5%) of the Employee’s Basic Salary Rate.
