Basic Residential Unit definition

Basic Residential Unit means the standard of measurement used by the District for the purpose of evaluating the quantity of water used and sewer wastes generated by any property served by the District. For the purpose of these Rules and Regulations, single family residences are classified as one (1) Basic Residential Unit, and all non-single- family residence Buildings and uses shall be converted to the number of Basic Residential Units associated therewith using the following criteria:
