Basic Product definition

Basic Product means a Rail Product which:-
Basic Product means the ship security alert and or tracking system product supplied by StratumFive Ltd.
Basic Product means a Rail Product which is defined as such in Clause 6-13 below.

  • Basic Product - means a Rail Product that is valid for one or more journeys on the Network and, if it gives the purchaser or any other person the right to obtain goods or other services (for example, entry to a place which is not a station, complementary refreshments or a discount off the price of any goods or services that would otherwise apply), that right is evidenced by the Ticket or Reservation voucher issued in respect of the Rail Product and not by any other document.

  • Participation in the Multiple Listee Program shall not result in a distinct Product safety certification or any authorization to use the Mark(s) apart from the Basic Product authorization.

  • Basic Product Training up to 16 hours of training Integrated will provide additional support hours as required at the Professional Services Rate of $150 per hour.

  • The authorization to use an Intertek Mark as part of the Multiple Listee Program may be withdrawn by Intertek if the file of the Basic Product is withdrawn or if the client violates any of the terms of this agreement.

  • The term Product (Basic Product) shall mean an Applicant’s device, equipment, material, or system that has been submitted for testing or evaluation and found to be in compliance with Intertek Requirements and approved for Listing.

  • The packaging material in contact with the Basic Product shall be polyethylene or equivalent material free of halides or sulfur.

  • The Basic Product shall be shipped in boxes not exceeding 22 kg gross weight and shall meet air carrier's regulations.

  • The Imprev Basic Package, Imprev Basic Package A La Carte, Imprev Premium Package and Imprev Realty Generator Package are individually and collectively referred to as the “Imprev Products for KW.” Market Leader’s Basic Product, Basic Product A La Carte, Premium Product and Realty Generator Product into which the Imprev Products for KW will be integrated (the “Market Leader Integrated Products for KW”) are described on SOW Exhibit B.

  • Nearmap Basic This Section 16 will not be applicable to the Licensee if the License purchased is for a Nearmap Basic Product.


More Definitions of Basic Product

Basic Product the computer software or database(s) including (without limitation) the programs, processes, procedures, data and documents owned or used by the Developer, to be supplied or used to develop the Product, if any, and which have been previously used by the Developer with other of its clients and customers, but not to include any software or database specifically developed to form part of the Product;
Basic Product means a business opportunity product offered at a price under one hundred dollars ($100.00).

Related to Basic Product

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Generic Product means any pharmaceutical product that (i) is sold by a Third Party that is not an Affiliate or licensee of Buyer and (ii) (a) contains the same active pharmaceutical ingredient as the Product or (b) is categorized by the applicable Governmental Entity in a country to be therapeutically equivalent to, or interchangeable with, the Product, such that the pharmaceutical product may be substituted for the Product at the point of dispensing without any intervention by the prescribing physician in such country.

  • Diagnostic Product means an assemblage of reagents, including but not limited to reagents packaged in the form of a kit, useful in performing a Licensed Service.

  • Final Product means a reasonably homogenous cannabis product in its final packaged form created using the same standard operating procedures and the same formulation.

  • Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.
